The Proprietors and Publishers of the “Banbridge Chronicle” take every care to ensure prompt ion of advertisements, but every advertisement is accepted subject to the condition that they shall not be liable for any loss occasioned by the failure of the advertisement to appear on any specified day, or in any particular issue, or on any particular page or position, or at all, and they reserve the right at any time, even after accepted and published any advertisement to refuse to continue its publication notwithstanding the terms of any order or contact to the contrary. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements in no way contravene the Trade Deion Act, 1968. The letter "T" at the end of an advertisement is designed to indicate that the advertiser has placed the advertisment in the course of business or trade when it it not reasonably clear from its content, format or size that this is the case. As the indication of this is a requirement of the Business Advertisment (Disclosure) Order 1977 such advertisers are asked to request that the letter "T" be placed at the end of their advertisement so that can easily distinguish between private and trade advertisers.
